These terms govern your use of the rockybot.co website, our demo agents, and the information services we provide through it. By using the site or chatting with our agents, you accept these terms. Rockybot is a technology company based in Colombia.

2. Our services

Rockybot builds and operates AI agents for customer attention, Company Brains (business knowledge cores), process automation, cloud infrastructure, and mobile applications. The specific scope, pricing, and conditions of any engagement are agreed in a separate written proposal or contract.

3. Demo agents

The chat widget on this site and our WhatsApp demo line are demonstration agents provided so you can evaluate the technology. Demo conversations may be stored and reviewed. Please do not share sensitive personal data in demo conversations. Test orders or bookings placed with demo agents are not real and create no commercial obligation.

4. AI-generated content

Responses from our agents are generated by AI language models and may contain inaccuracies. They are provided for information only and do not constitute binding offers, professional advice, or commitments by Rockybot unless expressly confirmed in writing by our team.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site or our agents for unlawful purposes, to attempt to disrupt or overload them, to extract data at scale, or to submit content that is abusive, infringing, or harmful.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the technology behind our agents and platforms are the property of Rockybot or its licensors. No license is granted to you other than to use the site as intended.

7. Third-party platforms

Conversations through WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook Messenger are also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those platforms (Meta). Rockybot is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party platforms.

8. Liability

The site and demo agents are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rockybot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or demo agents.

9. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and contact
